fP Technologies, Inc. (Indiana) has been renamed to fP Technologies of Ohio, Inc.

As of June 1, 2009 fP Technologies, Inc. (Indiana) has been renamed to fP Technologies of Ohio, Inc. This move was made in the best interests of the filePro community and reduces the outstanding liabilities of fP Technologies, making it a much more stable company. fP Technologies of Ohio, Inc. will continue to be committed to insuring that the filePro software will remain the product we have all come to appreciate. Mr. William Randall will continue to handle the sales and support of the product while Ken Brody and Ron Kratch handle the programming. Copyrights, Trademarks, etc. have been passed on to fP Technologies of Ohio, Inc; therefore, our customers will not see any change in purchase or support procedures.
